argh~ fuk man. i'm so fuked up now. wad the fuk. fuk fuk fuk~ i sprained my waist 2 days ago. till now it still hurts so much. ouch. at first not so bothered by it, now the pain is so excruiating, i cant bear it. makes mi moody. dun feel like moving.

anyway, today's bowling was so-called a success?.. though result snot out yet, but i'm satisfied wif all our performances. glad tht nv malu, in fact, we did pretty well?.. hehex. to mi lah. my score was 96 and then 106. improved le~ so happy. hee. ok, shall not crap more. damn. so pain.. off to apply some medicine.
