I'm back from camp! hehe, got lotsa stuffs to blog about. a long long post ahead... let me start from teachers' day celebration...

Last wednesday was the teachers' day celebration. Everything went on smoothly, including 3e1's dance and the song. Mrs Foo was touched by us that she cried.. hmm, in fact i think almost everyone was touched by that moment. ^^ gee. then after the celebration, we went to give the test tubes and cards to some of the teachers. Too bad mrs lee went home early; we weren't able to pass it to her. and the card is still stuffed in my locker. =.= anyway, after that we went ice-skating. hehe. Had a great time there, but still, i can't manage to skate well. failure. boo hoo.

The next day, i went out with a pri sch fren of mine to watch the movie: drink, drank, drunk. Nice movie. After some time, i met up with alicia and kian how to do the knots board. Spent hrs crapping in kfc with them. Ard evening i went home and started packing my stuffs for atc..

Friday

Together with the sec 2s, we set off to pulau ubin in the morning. I wasn't anticipating it at all. I know i dread camps. >.< Reached pulau ubin after a long long long walk from the jetty. Gy was the first to reach. -.- As we were the logistics, we had to help out with the tent sheets etc.. Then after some time, the other schools arrived. We were then split into our respective groups and named according to car models. My group was named after Ferrari. And i'm damn heng, tio until a quite united group. There were also some of them who were in the same grp as me during LMSC. =) hehex. And so, our day started off with orienteering. Learnt quite alot from this activity. Very useful for my geography. Haa. As it was raining quite heavily, we weren't able to pitch our tents. But about 4-5pm, the weather wasn't that bad and so we proceeded to tent pitching. Oh boy, it sucks. My tent doesn't have any ventilation. haha, but fortunately, it wasn't stuffy. Following by the tent pitching was the discussion for our cheer and performance. As usual, didn't really participate, or rather, i was talking to rb and ly. haha. Mm, had our dinner at ard evening time , took our bath at 11plus, and lights off. Had our sentry duty at 2pm. Sian. I was like half awake; a walking zombie. lol.

Saturday

Woke up early in the morning at 6am. We had our PT following by breakfast. Set off for kayaking and woosh, its fun! haha. but tiring lah. Initially i couldn't kayak cos i didnt know how to hold the pedal well, and ruhaya and me ended up being the last to join the rest. So damn lao kui. lol. but slowly, i managed to learn the tactic. haha. Unfortunately, after kayaking, it started to rain again. Worst still, rained cats and dogs. Thus our ATF was delayed and we did common task instead. Mm, okie lah. Fun~ Cos my grp members all very enthusiastic mah. After that, the rain had stopped and so we proceeded with the ATF. High element activities. Initially i was just chatting with ruibei, cos i didn't had the mood to play. so sian. rain then stop, then rain again. Made the weather so humid. But there came along a CI from gy, Jun Qing Sir, and he asked rb, ruhaya and me to play, to do Gy proud; cos only alicia did it. haha, and so i decided to try out. When i reached the top of the structure, my legs became jelly-like. I felt like backing out, but with the encouragement of my friends, i managed to complete the whole activity. hehe, i felt so accomplished. *cheErs* Lastly, during evening, we had our combined campfire; with the sec 2s. The sec 2s were all very brave, haha, not afraid of being embarrassed or whatsoever. I really take my hat off them... Had our fire drill in the morning, 2am. Sian, so tired! the moment i closed my eyes, i started dreaming. lol.. yup, and so that's day 2..

Sunday

YAY! GO home! haha, so damn happy! but we had to suffer during pt, with all those tough trainings. And then unpitching of tents, and oh yah, some of the tents got infested with ants, millipedes and centipedes. Oh my god, so damn gross. Poor ruibei, alicia and sin yee. Their tents got infested too. And they ended up having to sleep in the foyer. haha, okie back to topic. After unpitching of tents, we still had to wipe them clean. It was the toughest job every. Really, no joke. We wiped and wiped like siao, so much mud lor. But still, we finished our task. And then we had our prize-giving ceremony. Among the sec 2s, only hilman and yongwei got the motivator award. And as for sec 3s, only alicia got it. After that, it started raining again. Sucks sia. but because of the rain, we got to board a van back to the jetty instead of walking. So i gotta say, thank god. hah. Hmm, overall the camp was not bad lah. better than last yr's atc. And yes, i can finally get the ATC badge!!! YaY!

Yup, so that's about it.
