Today's another boring day. Don't feel like doing any hw yet. I had my chi oral in the morning. Sort of screwed it. lol. The passage was still okay for me, but as for the conversation i think i didn't fare well. I had lotsa points to talk about, but i didn't know how to phrase my sentence in chinese. Especially for certain words, i guess i'm just too nervous. I actually forgot what is merlion in chi. -.- i feel like slapping myself. so dumb. but anyway its over, so i shall not brood over it.

Had a rather embarrassing situation this morning, while i was on my way to school. I boarded the wrong bus, 159, and instead of it heading towards gy, it went in another direction. Fortunately, the distance wasn't that far and i didn't want to waste time & money having to change bus again, and so i started walking. But the unfortunate part came, where i walked towards the end of the path and found myself stucked in the middle of the junction. It was so embarrassing. I looked like a moron, standing there motionlessly. You could say that i was actually standing in the middle of the road with all the vehicles driving pass me. I wanted to cross but due to the high speed that the vehicles were travelling at, i wasn't even able to make an attempt to cross. I couldn't walk back either for there was no overhead bridge. If i were to take another bus, i would definitely be late for my oral. Thus, i just paced up and down, trying to figure a way to cross. Apparently i panicked and started to call my friend for help, but she couldn't do much either. Luckily in the nick of the time, there came my saviour! Mr Teo! LOL. If it wasn't for him, i would have still been stucked at there. Out of nowhere, i heard someone shouting my name and i turned my head and spotted him. He was kinda shocked and surprised to see me there and asked me what on earth i'm doing. Haha. I was so relieved to see him and asked him for help. He signalled me to cross over asap and claimed that the vehicles wouldn't run me down. lol. True enough, perhaps with the presence of an adult or a meng nan ( xD), the vehicles gradually slowed down. All thanks to him, my day was saved! =)
